First time I know about the scones is when my dad made it at home, I didn't know by that time what kind of bread or bakery it is the appearance look not so yummy it's look so plain and tasteless. But that the point of scone it's have to be dry and crack at the top also tasteless so its go along with butter,fresh cream, or jam but I very recommend to eat with the clotted cream not sure that you can find it here in Thailand but I guarantee its test like heaven with scones. From the two brands above I love the one from vanilla industry more its just like the scone choose be. In the other hand if you like something buttery and soft which is not quite the nature of scone I know (in my knowledge) you have to go to SCONES shop at CENTRAL WORLD. So try it yourself and let me know ;) another recommendation is have in with tea and kind of tea you like and your afternoon break will be much more interesting. And hope to find the pic of me with scone testing in england and will post here soon. ;)

สโคน หรือ สโกน เป็นสิ่งที่พลอยชอบมากอย่างนึง แรกเริ่มเลยรู้จักเจ้าขนมนี่จากพ่อ เนื่องจากพ่อตอนนั้นอยู่ในช่วงคลั่งทำขนมอบพาย แล้วก็มาทดลองเจ้าสโกนนี่ แต่ตอนแรกที่เห็นแล้วแบบว่าไม่เห็นน่ากินเลย เพราะว่ามันดูแห้งและจีดมาก แต่นั่นแหละคือคุณสมบัติหลักของสโกน แต่พอได้ลิ้มลองกับเนยแล้วโอ้วอร่อยมาก แถมเมื่อได้ไปลองของแท้ที่อังกฤษแล้วยิ่งชอบเพราะที่นั่นเค้ากินกับ clotted cream ซึ่งไม่รู้แน่ว่าคืออะไรแต่อหร่อยเวอร์!!!! กลับมาเลยอยากกินอยู่เรื่อยๆไปเลย แต่ก็แอบเลี่ยนนะ คงไม่ได้บ่อยแน่ ถ้าจะทานแนะนำให้ทานกับชา เอาแล้วแต่ชอบจะช่วยลดความเลี่ยนไปได้เยอะเลย แต่จากสองร้านตัวพลอยชอบของวานิลา นะเพราะว่ามันแห้งดี ส่วนของจากร้าน scone ถ้าใครชอบเนยๆแล้วนุ่มหน่อยก็อาจจะชอบ ยังไงก็ไปลองกันนะว่าร้านไหนถูกใจกว่ากัน ถ้าพลอยหารูปตอนที่ไปลองที่อังกฤษได้จะเอามาลงให้ดูกันค่ะ
